Hot yoga in paradise!

Phuket is one of the southern provinces of Thailand and consists of the island of Phuket, the country’s largest island, as well as another 32 smaller islands off its coast. Phuket Island is connected by the Sarasin Bridge to Phang Nga Province to the north. The next nearest province is Krabi, to the east across Phang Nga Bay. Kata Hot Yoga (Kata Beach, Phuket, Thailand) is located just 50 meters from the beautiful Andaman Sea on the island’s West Coast. The local area has everything you need, within walking distance, for a short-term stay or 5-week teacher training.

 

Transportation

Closest Airport is Phuket International Airport (HKT). Taxi to/from studio to airport 1000 baht; shuttles available 200-300 baht/person or public bus for a little less than shuttle price. In Kata Beach, all places you will need to go are walking distance or easy to reach by a short tuk-tuk ride..

Food & dining

Groceries/meals can be found at several small general shops on our street and a larger grocery store located 5 minutes away by car (or a short tuk-tuk ride.) All accommodations that we provide are equipped with a refrigerator and kitchen supplies for basic meal preparation. Yogis will receive discount at a wonderful Thai restaurant onsite.
