 We offer specialized health programs to heal your body and get you into shape quickly. We're also here to help you if you have any injuries or other health issues. You will be supported by a team of professional health practitioners every step of the way to guarantee the best results for you during and after your time at Kata Hot Yoga. You will completely relax and rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit.

Daily hot yoga classes: by practicing hot yoga every day your body will heal, strengthen, and feel better than ever. 

Silent beach walk: each morning we will start the day with a silent beach walk to improve awareness of your senses (smell, touch, taste, hearing, sight). 

Beach workout: after the walk we will do a workout with Pilates exercises to improve your core muscles, leg strength, and balance. The workout is finished with breathing techniques and stretching exercises to improve the elasticity of your lungs and body, drastically improving your overall health and happiness. 


Daily Swim : Good for using different muscle groups, relaxing and rejuvenating


Thai massage: an authentic Thai massage by one of the best local therapists. [once a week]

Herbal steam room: we're taking you a trip to the country side's nature, where you will enjoy a woodfire-heated steam room with freshly picked herbs. This is perfect for opening up your muscles, sinuses, respiratory and circulatory systems and your skin - a total relaxing herbal purification. [once a week] 


Temple visit: get blessed by the monks, after all the work outs, it is the spiritual part for good feeling and good luck- everybody needs a little good luck!

Nutritional consultations: our specialized team will help you get in shape even faster by consulting you about food choices. 

Accommodation: complete your retreat by booking one of our comfortable and spacious accommodations. We offer both 1-bedroom apartments directly above the studio and luxurious 3-bedroom penthouses with beach view.
